Jada Allender is an attorney at Snell & Wilmer. Jada advises clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate organization, private equity financing, deal negotiation, and SEC reporting and corporate governance. She helps clients devise business solutions, structure and form business entities, and draft transaction documents.

She also counsels clients on various sports issues, including collegiate athletics name, image and likeness; sponsorship and marketing arrangements; media production; athlete eligibility requirements; and agency relationships and contracts. In addition, Jada represents clients in new technology ventures, media rights deals, and executive and coach compensation contracts.

Jada is as a speaker and author on sports law issues for various industry organizations and educational institutions. Prior to being an attorney, Jada worked in the sports and entertainment industry where she gained experience with professional and collegiate athletics operations, sports media production, and NCAA compliance.
